Order Cancellation

As all orders are subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 100 pieces, the cancellation terms below apply to confirmed bulk orders.

Customers may cancel their orders under the following conditions:

Cancellation Within 2 Days

• Orders canceled within 2 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
• Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days before approval.
• Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
•  As bulk orders require an advance payment (30–50%) to begin production, refunds are calculated based on the advance amount received.

Cancellation Within 3 Days

• Orders canceled within 3 days of purchase are eligible for a 50% refund.
• The remaining amount covers production, processing, and handling costs.

Cancellation After 4 Days

• Orders canceled after 4 days from the purchase date are not eligible for any refund.
• By this time, production and order preparation have already started.

Sample orders follow a separate cancellation policy — please contact us directly for sample-related cancellations.

Delivery Time

• Standard production time is 15–30 business days, depending on order quantity and customization requirements.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Product Exchange Policy

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item
• A manufacturing defect

You may request a replacement.

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• Our team will inspect your request before approval.

Once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 10–15 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products
• Washed or altered items
• Products damaged by customer misuse
• Items returned without valid proof of defect
• Orders canceled after 4 days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
